Line Cook
Join our kitchen crew and help craft the boldest hot chicken in Philadelphia. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to Hangry Joe's exacting standards, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and working efficiently during high-volume service periods. No experience? No problem — we'll train you in the Hangry Joe's way.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual

- Weekend availability preferred
Front of House Team Member
Be the face of Hangry Joe's and create memorable guest experiences from the moment customers walk in. You'll take orders, handle transactions, ensure food quality before serving, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. Friendly, energetic individuals who love interacting with people thrive in this role.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- POS system experience a plus
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Shift Supervisor
Lead a team of passionate food lovers and keep operations running smoothly during your shift. You'll oversee kitchen and front-of-house activities, ensure food quality and safety standards, handle customer escalations, and motivate your team to deliver the Hangry Joe's experience consistently. This is a stepping stone to restaurant management.
- 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service
- ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred)
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts calmly
- Inventory and cash handling experience
Catering Coordinator
Bring the Hangry Joe's hot chicken experience to corporate events, weddings, and private parties across the Philadelphia area. You'll manage catering inquiries, coordinate logistics, liaise with clients and the kitchen team, and ensure flawless execution of every event. An exciting role for someone with a passion for events and exceptional food.
- Experience in event planning or catering sales
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong client communication and sales ability
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help us grow Hangry Joe's digital presence and tell our story online. You'll create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, capture food and behind-the-scenes photography, engage with our community, and support local marketing campaigns. If you're a food lover with a creative eye, this role was made for you.
- Proven social media content creation experience
- Photography and basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- Copywriting and storytelling ability
- Portfolio of previous work required
